Our standard MOQ is 1 ton for most stock products. For custom sizes or special grades, MOQ may be higher (typically 3-5 tons). We’re flexible — if you’re unsure, just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate small orders.

Yes! We can provide small samples for quality evaluation. Sample cost is usually refunded when you place your first bulk order. Shipping cost for samples is the buyer’s responsibility. Most samples ship via DHL/FedEx and arrive in 3-7 days worldwide.

Simply send us your requirements (product type, grade, specifications, quantity, destination) via email or WhatsApp. We’ll send you a detailed quotation within 24 hours. After confirmation, we’ll issue a proforma invoice and start production upon receiving your deposit.

To give you an accurate quote, please provide: 1) Product type (sheet, pipe, bar, etc.), 2) Steel grade and standard, 3) Dimensions (thickness, width, length, diameter), 4) Quantity (tons or pieces), 5) Surface finish requirements, 6) Destination port or address, 7) Any special requirements (certification, processing, packaging).

Our prices are based on current raw material costs, processing requirements, quantity, and shipping destination. We quote in USD by default, but can also quote in EUR, GBP, RMB, or other currencies. Steel prices fluctuate with the market — our quotes are typically valid for 7-14 days.

We accept: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (most common); L/C at sight — letter of credit through a reputable bank (for larger orders); Western Union / MoneyGram — for small sample orders; Trade Assurance — through Alibaba or similar platforms for buyer protection.

We can quote either FOB China port or CIF / CFR your destination port. Let us know your preference and we’ll include shipping, insurance, and freight charges in the quote. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery (DDP) for an additional cost.

Yes! We offer volume-based discounts. The larger your order, the better the per-ton price. Contact us with your target quantity and we’ll provide our best competitive pricing. Regular customers also receive preferred pricing and priority production scheduling.

For standard stock products: 3-7 days. For custom-cut or non-standard products: 7-15 days. For large orders (50+ tons) or special processing: 15-30 days. For galvanizing or surface treatment: add 3-7 days. We always confirm lead time before you place your order.

We offer: Sea freight (FCL / LCL) — most economical for large orders (2-6 weeks); Air freight — faster, for urgent small orders (5-10 days); Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — for samples and very small orders (3-7 days); Rail/road freight — for countries connected by land from China.

Yes! We export to over 80 countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, and many more. Chances are we ship to your country.

We use standard export packaging: Sheets and plates are packed with wooden pallets and waterproof wrapping; Pipes are bundled with steel strips and capped at ends; Profiles are bundled and strapped; Small items are packed in wooden crates. All packages are clearly labeled with product info and shipping marks. Custom packaging is available on request.

We work with reliable freight forwarders and take care to package goods properly for ocean transport. If damage occurs during shipping, we will assist with the insurance claim process. For quality issues that are our responsibility, we provide replacement or refund as per our quality guarantee.

Absolutely. Every shipment includes a full Mill Test Certificate (MTC / MTR) per EN 10204 Type 3.1, showing chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat number, and test results. Third-party inspection certificates (Type 3.2) are available on request.

Yes, we welcome third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek, or any agency you prefer. Inspection can be arranged at our factory or warehouse before shipment. Typical inspections include: dimensional check, surface quality, chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and ultrasonic testing.

Quality is our top priority. If any product fails to meet the agreed specifications and it’s our fault, we will either replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. We stand behind every product we sell. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 15 days.

Our products comply with major international standards including: ASTM (American), EN / DIN (European), GB (Chinese), JIS (Japanese), and API (oil & gas). Common standards: ASTM A36, A572, A240, A312, A106; EN 10025, 10088, 10216; GB/T 700, 1591, 3280, 8163; JIS G3101, G4304; API 5L.

Yes, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management systems. We also hold product-specific certifications where applicable, such as CE (PED), API 5L, and ISO 14001 for environmental management.

Yes! We offer custom cutting, slitting, and shearing services. We can cut sheet, plate, and tube to your exact dimensions. Cutting methods: shearing (for sheet/plate), plasma cutting, laser cutting (high precision), flame/oxy-fuel cutting (thick plate), band saw cutting (bars/profiles). Tell us your required dimensions and tolerances.

Yes, we offer a full range of value-added processing: Bending and rolling; Welding and assembly; Punching, drilling, and tapping; CNC machining; Surface treatment (galvanizing, painting, powder coating, polishing); Custom fabrication according to your drawings. This means you get factory-direct pricing plus the service and logistics support of a trading company. We own multiple production lines for sheet, pipe, and processing, and also work with partner mills for products we don’t produce in-house.
